Lectures, trainings and discussions
We contribute to the students with a wide variety of interesting lectures, trainings and discussions, all held by well-known speakers in Estonia. As most of the students attending are able to speak Estonian most of the trainings are also in Estonian, but we also have a training in English "Estonian job market: Today and future" held by one of our biggest job portals "CV Keskus". Career days take place on 3.-4. martch in Tallinn University of Technology.
On the first day a fair will be held. By the messageboards, participating companies conduct shot tasks that introduce their daily work problems. Simultaneous to the fair there will be lectures, discussions and schooling in the auditorium. As an update, there will be a conference table, where students, companies representatives and the lecturers will meet. Then the subjects regarding education are discussed together. During the day, several different competitons and games are held.
On the second day, different workshops will be transpired, in which the maximum number of participateing students is 20. In these workshops students will find solutions for problems set by the companies. During the day it will be possible to visit different organizations.
