The staff of the FI is characterized by a good combination of experienced experts and young specialists. A capable and proactive young professional with the right education can get a great start to their career with us. The majority of our staff are specialists in the financial and legal fields.\u00a0<\/p>

As of the end of 2025, the Financial Supervision Authority employed 144 employees. The average length of service is 8.5 years and the average age of employees is 39.5 years. 73% of employees are women and 27% are men.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For professionals with market experience, we offer the opportunity to influence important processes in the field of financial supervision (legislation, regulations, development of methodology, etc.). In 2025, we were awarded the title of \u2018Attractive employer among economics students\u2019 and we also rank high according to the general recommendation index.\u00a0<\/p>

Supervision cannot be learned in school, nor can one become a supervisor solely on the basis of work experience in the financial market. As a growing organization \u2013 the number of employees has doubled in the last 10 years \u2013 we pay special attention to new colleagues during their induction and provide the necessary support and training.
