The career fair creates amazing opportunities for students and companies to communicate with each other. Throughout the day, you can aquainted with various companies and the internship and job offers that they provide.

COMPANY VISIT

As part of Võti Tulevikku 2024, there will be group visits to companies in various fields over the course of 5 days, where students can get a closer look at the everyday work environment and tasks."

SEMINAR EVENING
3rd of March

Seminariõhtul astuvad lavale erinevas vanuses ja karjäärietapis tegutsevad spetsialistid Eesti ettevõtetest, kes jagavad oma teekonda, tehtud valikuid ja seda, kuidas nende eriala on mõjutanud nii igapäevaelu, majanduslikku kindlust kui ka vaimset heaolu. Programm on üles ehitatud vanuseplokkidena, et anda osalejale võimalus mõista karjäärivõimaluste arengut eri eluetappides. Pausi ajal toimuvad praktilised tegevused ja loosimängud. Õhtu lõppeb banketi ja networking-uga. Esinejate nimekiri täpsustamisel.

JOB SHADOWING DAY
9.-13. märts

Students have the opportunity to visit companies to get acquainted with specific job positions. They are provided with a more detailed presentation of job responsibilities, receive recommendations, and are shown a typical workday.

Võti Tulevikku ajakiri toob noorteni juba neljandat aastat põnevat karjäärialast lugemist. Head nipid, kasulik info tööturule sisenemiseks, töö ja tervise tasakaal ja mitmed noorte kogemuslood erinevates ettevõtetes töötamisest on vaid mõned mitmetest teemadest, mis sind ajakirjas ees ootavad!

Võti Tulevikku podcasti raames viiakse läbi salvestusi erinevate ettevõtete esindajatega. Episoodid keskenduvad mitmekesistele ja olulistele tööalastele teemadele. Eelmise aasta episoodid on Võti Tulevikku Spotify ja Youtube'i kanalitel kättesaadavad ja uued episoodid on lähiajal tulekul!

For Tele2, the Võti Tulevikku career fair has been a great opportunity to introduce itself as an employer both to young people who are just entering the labor market and to already experienced professionals who have decided to further their knowledge. For us, the greatest value of participating in the career fair has been the exciting and meaningful conversations with ambitious students. As a company, we invest a lot in both our internship system and our internal succession program, and therefore the exchange of ideas and cooperation with students is very important to us. We are very happy that even today, among our #põhjusegamässajas Tele2 students, there are several awesome former students, whom we first met at the Võti Tulevikku career fair.

Võti Tulevikku has been a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to and be recognized among young people entering the labor market. Every year, we at Nortal involve a number of young people who are just starting their IT careers, as well as people changing careers from other specialties. Unlike many other companies we do not offer an internship program, but instead hire new entrants to permanent positions right away, allowing them to deal with real tasks and create opportunities for them to grow quickly. We have participated in the Võti Tulevikku career event for many years. The event is very well organized and therefore is always an important part of our annual plan for introducing job opportunities to our target group. Every year we look forward to participating in the fair with great excitement! After all, the CEO and several other managers of Nortal Estonia have graduated from our junior program.

SEB Bank has participated in the Võti Tulevikku career fair for several years. It has been a great opportunity for us to meet young people and introduce our Youth LAB and Development LAB internship programs. It is a pleasure to note that students also see value in participating in the career fair and take advantage of the opportunity to chat with our representatives and ask questions. The organizing team was also incredibly supportive and always available during the fair.
