Why should students come to your company for an internship or a job?

We offer the opportunity to influence the functioning of the financial sector with our work. This means both great challenges and great responsibility. We provide an overview of the entire Estonian financial sector, professional work practice and a cooperation network in Estonia and Europe. For professionals with market experience, we offer the opportunity to influence important processes in the field of financial supervision (legislation, regulations, development of methodology, etc.). In 2025, we were awarded the title of ‘Attractive employer among economics students’ and we also rank high according to the general recommendation index.

Supervision cannot be learned in school, nor can one become a supervisor solely on the basis of work experience in the financial market. As a growing organization – the number of employees has doubled in the last 10 years – we pay special attention to new colleagues during their induction and provide the necessary support and training. In addition, we offer an inspiring and diverse remuneration and benefits package.
