Levira is a media technology and infrastructure company that offers an innovative and customer-friendly design for the handling of audiovisual content and the management and creation of digital content / files, covering the entire content lifecycle. The Levira conference will be attended by international and local broadcasters and IT companies as well as media service providers such as Discovery, Sony, Viacom, Viasat World, EBU, ATEA, ERR, Postimees Grupp and All Media Estonia, as well as major telecommunications companies such as Telia, Tele2 and Elisa.
We offer our international customers a full package of digital media management and TV channel delivery and distribution services. We take care of all the technical aspects that broadcasters, content owners, TV channels, OTT platforms and other types of digital content owners and media groups need in their work to reach the end user. In Estonia, we have been a long-term and reliable partner for the media industry in the field of terrestrial broadcasting of audiovisual content. Through Levira's network, nearly 40 TV channels reach Estonian TV viewers over the air, Levira operates and develops Estonia's digital terrestrial television networks and is Estonia's largest broadcaster of FM radio programs.
In the data center and IT services segment, Levira is one of the fastest growing service providers in the region. The Levira server center is located in the basement of the Tallinn TV Tower, where the servers are surrounded by 25,000 tons of concrete and are equipped with modern security and access systems. Among other things, we offer our customers turnkey infrastructure solutions, including infrastructure management.
Job and internship opportunities
We are looking for young people interested in technology in the field of telecommunications, media technology, media services and IT. In order for you to feel good about us, you should like days full of work, and you should be able to appreciate the opportunities ahead, because there are no two similar days here jokingly. You should also speak very good Estonian and English. We offer you challenges from media technology architecture and engineering to IT system administration and day-to-day service quality assurance. We employ TV channel delivery specialists for our service management center, which is responsible for the quality control and monitoring of the material and TV signal broadcast by Levira's media services customers and for monitoring the performance of all services provided by Levira. We are hiring a media technology (junior) engineer to work with our media infrastructure team to ensure the smooth running of Levira's media infrastructure and program management facilities. It also provides technical support to users of media infrastructure equipment and systems.
