Statistics
Nordecon is one of Estonia’s oldest construction groups, continuously operating since 1989. Today, we primarily focus on general contracting for buildings and infrastructure projects. Our team consists of over 150 skilled professionals, the majority of whom are construction engineers. Every year, we welcome interns to our construction sites, many of whom continue their careers with us after completing their internship.
Why should students come to your company for an internship or a job?
At Nordecon, you can spend your internship meaningfully by working on our company's large and landmark construction projects. During your internship, you will be a valued member of the site team, learning from experienced and supportive colleagues while also taking responsibility for your own tasks. All internships are paid.
Foreign students
At the moment, working on Nordecon’s construction sites requires proficiency in the national language, and therefore we are unable to offer internships or jobs to international students.
