There are over 80 people currently working in Finestmedia. 75% of them are in IT roles like arhitect, software develeper, tester or analyst. For example, 40% of our employees are software developers. In each project there are around 1-3 developers working together, the number depends on the complexity of the project. We are proud of our female and male balance – we have around 60% of men and 40% of women. We are an employer to different age groups – our youngest employee is 22 y.o. and the eldest is 68 y.o.
We value long lasting relationships. Over half of our employees have been with Finestmedia for more than 3 years. 1/10 over 12 years. We are operating in two offices – one in Tallinn and other in Gdansk, Poland. We believe in flexibility in terms of working time and place. Remote work was familiar to us even before the pandemic and we have many employees working from different cities across Estonia and Poland. For example 1/10 work from South-Estonia.
