Mission and vision
TNG provides services in three main areas: Agile Software Development, Artificial Intelligence and DevOps & Cloud. In each area, we work both as implementors and consultants. We staff projects with highly qualified, tailored, cross-functional teams, of the appropriate size and of levels of expertise across relevant areas. Even for smaller teams, the know-how of the TNG network is readily accessible to ensure that the required competences are available in all project phases, from start to finish.
Job and internship opportunities
We also welcome foreign students for internships.
We are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues. We have a great demand for new employees with high professional qualifications as well as passion and enthusiasm for IT. Furthermore, we offer internships to motivated students in computer science, mathematics, physics, or related subjects. Candidates are characterized by a high affinity for information technology.
Why should students come to your company for an internship or work?
You will find interesting, challenging tasks in IT projects for corporate clients from different industries. Our clients are located throughout Germany and beyond. Training for new colleagues is individualised, based on their knowledge and experience. Normally it's done directly "on the job". At our clients we strive to work in teams, in which we integrate new colleagues that receive support from the more experienced colleagues. In addition to that, for continuous training, each consultant attends up to two times per month our Techdays, at which colleagues - and also external speakers - give talks and offer workshops on technical and other relevant topics. Furthermore, we encourage participation in external training, conferences and certification, and support colleagues with the potential to improve their knowledge of German by financing their language courses. Hence, up to 10% of a consultant's working time can be invested in further development and training.
